A-MAX insurance really helped us out. My husband needed same day insurance as we were picking up a new car. We worked with Damon and called on a Saturday. This Morning I called A-Max insurance about 6 times and spoke with 3-4 different representatives, and they all hung up on me. I called after the 6th time and Mr. Damon from the A-Max long beach office answered the phone very politely ready to assist me in the best way possible. Somehow my insurance was cancelled, and I've made every payment since I've joined, but Mr. Damon made it his priority and put in his best effort to figure out what was going on. He called me back and stuck to his word and he was able to reinstate my policy without me having to pay for the same month twice. I appreciate his help and kindness, unlike everyone else I spoke to. He was very respectful, nice and quick! If and when I call back in the future, I would want to speak to him and HIM ONLY. For Amax Insurance representatives answering the phone please take notes from Damon because you guys are terrible for hanging up in my face over something that was so simple to figure out. Thank you Damon for helping me in the BEST way.

In my extensive experience, I have rarely encountered an organization that refrains from disclosing the precise monthly financial obligations for insurance. It is with discretion and utmost professionalism that I mention the agent I interacted with, Damon, seemingly had no intention of advocating transparency from the onset when it came to billing.
In the spirit of good customer service, I strongly believe that full disclosure of all fees associated with a contractual agreement is paramount. Such transparency ensures that customers are well-informed, allowing them to make educated decisions. Regrettably, the prolonged and circuitous nature of my experience has left me dissatisfied with the level of service received. Despite my reservations, I acknowledge that I am bound by this commitment until April.
In conclusion, I would like to highlight an observation: the option of direct billing, though available, was not presented to me proactively. I had to seek this option, and I subsequently discovered that direct billing is a more cost-effective solution. While I comprehend the financial considerations involved, I believe it is imperative to prioritize the disclosure of this information from the outset, empowering the customer to make an informed choice. In the pursuit of professionalism and customer satisfaction, I encourage a reconsideration of these practices.
